Andrew launched Stone Recruitment Group in 2019, having worked for many years as a legal recruitment specialist for another firm.
His experience before that is somewhat diverse. He started life in accounting before working in TV news production. As head of production for Associated Press TV, Andrew travelled the world to facilitate news coverage of events such as wars and conflicts, sporting events, elections and summits.
His first business was a TV production company, started in 2003, and he has owned and managed businesses ever since. Andrew has never felt as naturally suited to any job as he does to legal recruitment.
Andrew is very active on recruitment projects for clients and also leads on SRG's M&A activity.
Stone Recruitment Group is more than a business. He loves the process and the people. He is immensely proud of SRG's reputation and achievements as well as the team that sits behind them.
Jack is a Principal Consultant at Stone Recruitment Group. He has worked alongside Andrew for a number of years as the firm has continued its consistent growth and success.
Jack possesses a genuine passion for the industry, working closely with many of the firms’ key clients on a range of junior and senior hires from NQ to partner level, as well as exclusive projects, and tailored headhunts. He regularly helps lawyers strategize their next moves in a discrete and professional manner.
In additon to his recruitment projects, Jack works closely with Andrew on SRG's M&A activity.
Away from work his passion lies in sports, particularly football, where he currently coaches an under 10’s junior amateur side in his spare time. He also enjoys being active and spending time with his family, preferably somewhere hot!
Since joining Stone Recruitment, Andrea has established herself as a key member of the Stone Recruitment Group team and an outstanding, intuitive, specialist in recruiting for business support roles.
Andrea enjoys finding the right candidates for a wide variety of vacancies. From first/second job administration positions through to Business Services Leader, and all the positions in between such as Financial Controller and of course Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and PAs.
Prior to working in recruitment Andrea worked for Kent Police for many years, starting in their control room, and then as a Case Review Officer. This was followed by a decade working as a Secretary in a Primary School and Office Manager in a secondary school. Her ability to communicate with people from all walks of life has been instrumental in her progress in legal recruitment and is a great asset when sourcing ideal candidates for her clients, especially when combined with a “sixth sense” for knowing the ideal personality fit for her client’s teams.

Gabriela is an accomplished business woman, a qualified accountant and an experienced recruiter. She is the most recent addition to the SRG team and has established herself as a great asset to our clients.
In additon to recruiting NQ to mid-level associates for our international, national and boutique law firm clients, Gabriela is instrumental in SRG's M&A activity, where her financial training and experience prove invaluable.
Outside of work, Gabriela loves to spend time with family and friends and keeping fit with regular classes and gym visits. Travel is also a big part of her life and she loves a holiday!
