Corporate Associate / Senior Associate

My client is a leading firm with multiple offices in the UK.

Their renowned Corporate team (Tier 1 / Band 1) is looking to hire at Associate or Senior Associate level to support continued growth in the North East. 

Reporting to the Head of Corporate, you will advise a diverse client base on M&A, Corporate restructuring and Private Equity matters and supervise junior members of the team on the same.
